Tips Care and Saving Notebook Battery
From some of my experiences in using the Laptop / Notebook I will tell “How to treat the SAMSUNG R425 Battery to be more durable and can be used much longer?”
1. Set the battery power
In Windows there is such thing features power options. Through this feature you can adjust the power consumption of the laptop. It is very easy. Click the Start button, then open Control Panel and then double-click Power Options icon. Will appear a dialog box with the name of the Power Option Properties. Then select the Power Schemestab. On the drop down menu will have six choices of Home / Office Desk, Portable / Laptop, Presentation, Always On, Minimal Power Management, and Max SAMSUNG NP-R425 Battery.Just click on one of six choices. Setting the turn of the monitor, hard disks, System standby, or System hibernates time will vary, depending on the options you choose.If you want a more durable battery, you are advised to choose ‘Max SAMSUNG R525 Battery’. This option will save battery power usage because it only requires a minimum processor speed such as to read the documents or check e-mail. Max Battery will affect the speed of the laptop in terms of laptop performance will decrease.
2. Do not let any device ‘parking’ on the laptop when not in use
Often, allowing laptop users have the device plugged into the laptop – whether it’s cable digital cameras, USB memory stick, PC Card – though such devices are not used anymore. Make sure the appliance is unplugged from the laptop when not in use because it will drain SAMSUNG NP-R525 battery power.
